When we say ‘bitter’ we actually mean lager - like the old school Australian lagers that were called ‘bitters’ for decades.

Intentionally low hopped, clean and dry with subtle stone fruit, lemongrass and lime flavours with a gentle malt background. 



Hops - Dr Rudi, El Doraldo & Cascade

ABV - 4.5%

A lighter stout style, made using fresh macerated dark cherries and dark chocolate.


Using roasted barley & dark crystal malt to bring out intense caramel and toffee, it's a Black Forest Cake - only liquid.





Hops - East Kent Golding


ABV - 4.8%

Warming and lightly smoked, this ale was inspired by the brewers homeland, where traditional Irish Reds are shared in front of a roaring turf fire on a wet winters night.


Using Manuka smoked malt & presenting toffee notes and a burnished red appearance, this is the Emerald Isle in a glass.


Hops - East Kent Golding


ABV - 4.8%

Not your usual Ginger Beer, this has been made using native Cinnamon Myrtle, fresh Queensland ginger and golden bush honey from Mudgee, NSW.


Zingy, warming and refreshing - one to add to this summer favourite.
